Nashville's own, Lines in the Sky return to Birmingham on Thursday, March 9th, at The Nick. Last time the band was in town, they absolutely destroyed the stage at Bottletree. (Don't believe me? You don't see that club around anymore, do ya?)
The Brock Brothers, Jess and Bo, have been hard at work since their last stop in town. They made a change in bass players, adding certified badass Ben McAnelly, to the family. They also released their second full length record, "Parallel Travel" in early 2016.
Fans of Muse, Rush, Porcupine Tree, and even Incubus will enjoy Lines in the Sky. From soft, progressive intros, growing into full on raging prog rock, Lines in the Sky have found a way to freshen up a rock genre that is becoming more and more stale. This bands live show is not to be missed. The three members pull off the record flawlessly, and with one hell of a fury. They are a truly enjoyable band to watch.
